Our Refund Policy!

The Asociación Montessori de México A.C. (AMMAC) offers online payments for enrollment fees, tuition, books, and training materials. The conditions under which refunds may be requested are described below.

1. Enrollment in diploma courses and training programs

If you request a refund within 5 calendar days of payment and before the program's start date, 100% of the amount paid as an enrollment fee is refunded. After that period, the enrollment fee is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to a future cohort, subject to availability and to the decision of the academic coordination office.

2. Monthly tuition

Monthly tuition is charged in advance for the current period. Once the corresponding month has begun, tuition is non-refundable. Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the student portal; cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for the current month.

3. Books and training materials

Physical books may be returned within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition (unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging). Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of a damaged product or a shipping error attributable to AMMAC.

Ebooks and downloadable digital materials are non-refundable once the download has been completed, given their intangible and immediate nature.

4. Duplicate charges or technical errors

If you detect a duplicate charge or a technical error that resulted in an incorrect charge, write to us as soon as possible. These cases are resolved with a full refund within no more than 5 business days from confirmation of the error.

5. How do I request a refund?

Send an email to admin@certificacionmontessori.com including:

  • Full name of the student or buyer.
  • Order number or payment reference (you will find it in your Stripe confirmation email or in your records on the student portal).
  • Reason for the request.

6. Refund timelines

Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method. For credit or debit cards, the time it takes to appear on the customer's statement depends on the issuing bank and may range from 5 to 15 business days. AMMAC processes the refund immediately through Stripe; crediting times are determined by the bank.

7. Payment processing

Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Mexico in compliance with PCI-DSS data security standards. AMMAC does not store card information in its systems.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated at any time. Changes are published on this same page. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of this document.
